Events & Conferences — Where We Show Up
Events are sales channel #5 (community & vertical) and a delivery surface for channel #4 (thought leadership). Rule — Singapore-home-turf first (the regulator convenes carrier and enterprise rooms on our doorstep), travel only where the room can’t be reached from here. Every event maps to a buyer or gatekeeper; if neither, skip it. The June SG AI Week playbook is its own doc; this covers the rest of H2 2026 plus the programmes we apply to join.

The near-term must-hits
Five things that matter most in the next 60 days (from the beachhead read): apply Lloyd’s Lab C17 (~Jul 20), apply GFTN Hackcelerator (~Jul 31), work ITC Asia and RSAC SG, get into the IMDA sandbox as a tester, and line up one non-scanning carrier pilot. All already dated into the h2 2026 operating plan.
How events feed the motion
Each event gets pre/post outreach owned by the Sales hire (~10% of their time), leaves a written artifact for content strategy, and routes top contacts into the income-sharing network (partnership business model) or a design-partner conversation. Which community rooms to attend vs. help organize — triaged in community.
